SPARS will convene 18 Peer Review Panels to review 499 proposals submitted to the United States Army Congressionally-Directed Peer Reviewed Medical Research Program during the first week of May, 2005. Proposals cover a broad range of topic areas. This will be the sixth consecutive year SPARS has coordinated the peer review for this program.
