AIBS SPARS Holds a GSA MOBIS Contract

General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contracts provide Federal agencies with a fast, convenient means of contracting with pre-approved vendors at established hourly rates. GSA Schedules have been synopsized in FedBizOpps and satisfy the requirements of the Competition in Contracting Act (Pub. Law 98-369) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5, Publicizing Contract Actions. Work awarded under a GSA schedule contract is considered awarded under full and open competition.
